2. Will transparency be preserved? JPEG doesn’t support transparency. Transparent pixels are filled with the background color you choose.
3. Which quality should I use? 80–95% gives a good trade-off between quality and size. Lower values reduce file size more.
4. Can I convert multiple files? This simple page handles one file at a time. You can reopen the page for each image or I can add batch conversion if needed.
5. Are images uploaded to a server? No — conversion runs in your browser. Files are never uploaded to any server.
6. What formats are supported? Although labeled PNG→JPG, the tool accepts any image-type input; it forces output to JPEG format.
7. Why choose background color? When converting transparent PNGs, you pick the color that replaces transparency (white by default).
8. Can I change filename? Yes — select append or replace in “Filename option” before converting.
